The CompuMove Software
The CompuMove Version 7 program runs under the Microsoft Windows operating system, and uses Microsoft SQL Server (or MSDE) database services. Branch office and remote users connect via the Internet and Terminal Services. CompuMove provides remote training and support via the Internet using LapLink. The CompuMove program is written in MS-VB 6.0.

Single-User "Small Mover" Systems
For the mover who is just getting started growing, CompuMove is available as a single-user "Small Mover" program for a PC running Windows XP, 2000, or 98.

Windows Local Area Networks (LANs) for Movers Large and Small
CompuMove runs on all Windows LANs, including Windows Server 2003, Server 2000, XP, and 2000 Professional. CompuMove will easily run in a small office environment of just a few computers on a Windows peer network. Or, using multiprocessor server computers running Windows Server, and fast network and Internet interfaces, a CompuMove system can comfortably serve the data-processing needs of a multi-branch, multi-company enterprise of up to 1000 workstations.

Remote Offices Via the Internet
CompuMove supports the operation of remote offices or off-site users via Windows Terminal Services over a broadband Internet connection. With an Internet-connected server, multiple branches, remote salespeople, and home workers can all work together in real-time. Whether your branch office is across town or across the globe, Internet-based remote access makes connectivity safe, reliable, and cost-effective.

CompuMove-Branded Servers ...
CompuMove Systems sells our own complete, turn-key servers running the various Windows operating systems. A turn-key system includes all hardware and software, configured and tested, including network configuration, SQL server configuration, and backup configuration. Our experience providing complete systems since 1984 has shown that this method, with one vendor responsible for total system operation, assures the easiest possible installation.

Or Your Server ...
CompuMove will also install the software on your existing Windows-based computers, leaving your server and network administration in-house. Please note, if you will be purchasing computers and networking from a third party, consulting with CompuMove on specifications prior to your purchases is strongly encouraged.
